As a result of a grant received in 2023, we were able to retain the services of Laridae to assist us with a Theory of Change. This process allowed our team to dig in deep and explore who BOSS is, what BOSS stands for and where BOSS is going. We tapped into the voices of our entire community through our engagement survey and pulled everything together into a powerful Theory of Change Impact Statement. This helps gives us a clear vision of Who Boss is.
