Dufferin County Community Sock Drive
Supporting Comfort, Dignity, and Inclusion
This spring, Branching Out Support Services (BOSS) is proud to host a Community Sock Drive in Orangeville to support local individuals and families experiencing hardship across Dufferin County.
Socks are one of the most requested but least donated essential clothing items in shelters and food banks. A new pair of socks can provide warmth, comfort, and dignity to someone facing difficult circumstances.
From March 21 to April 21, 2026, we invite our community to come together to donate new socks of any size, style, or colour to help those who need them most.
This campaign also launches on World Down Syndrome Day, celebrating inclusion and raising awareness of neurodiversity within our community.
Together, we can make a small act of kindness go a long way.
