We are thrilled to welcome student placements from post secondary coop and field placement programs. Here is a story from one of our recent students about her experience here at Branching Out Support Services in Orangeville. We are so much more than a day program for neurodiverse adults.
STUDENT STORY:
As a student from georgian college its such an honor to be the part of the boss organization. During my placement at Branching Out Support Services Inc. (BOSS), I have grown both personally and professionally in ways I truly value. From my very first day, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire team. What stands out most to me about BOSS is its strong commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and creating meaningful opportunities for the individuals it serves. I am especially thankful to all the BOSS candidates, who welcomed me warmly and allowed me to learn alongside them each day. Their positivity, strength, and unique personalities made my experience even more meaningful.
I am also deeply grateful to my supervisor, Tricia, for her constant support and guidance. She always encouraged me, shared creative ideas, and made sure I felt included as part of the team. Her mentorship helped build my confidence and strengthened my skills in social service work. I am truly happy and proud to have been part of BOSS, and I will always appreciate the impact this experience has had on my professional journey.
